Service Description

During this session, your dietitian will join you at a local grocery store of your choice. Here she will guide you through the aisles and provide nutritional guidance on meal planning based on your preferences, lifestyle and family needs. If you are a new client, you will be asked to fill out a comprehensive questionnaire beforehand. Should you require a 7-day menu, please discuss this with your dietitian as this is an additional service. Our prices are VAT included.
