Couples Initial Consultation & Follow-Up

Service Description

We offer special couples consultations for those who want to work towards their health goals together. The initial consultation includes: - Medical and dietary history - Discussion of previous blood tests (if relevant) - InBody body composition analysis - Discussion of dietary guidelines This is also inclusive of a follow-up session of 30 to 45 minutes and includes an InBody analysis. You will also have access to your dietitian via email. An individualized meal plan* will follow via email after 3-5 working days. You will also gain access to dietitian-approved recipes and receive support via email between sessions. *Should you require a 7-day menu, please discuss this with your dietitian as this is an additional service. Our prices are VAT included.
